Who I am

I have spent my adult life dedicated to the service of others.  I have served the City of Cincinnati as a firefighter and our country as an army reservist – both, for over thirty years. My career as a firefighter and as a soldier, shaped me to do what is right, what is just, and what is fair. I’ve been involved in many civic organizations whose aims have been to improve the lives of people. Influenced by professional careers, my civic involvement and my graduate work at Xavier University in Urban Sustainability and Resilience, I decided to launch “ProphettEquityLed”.

At ProphettEquityLed I leverage my extensive leadership experience to promote equity – especially in underserved communities.

What we do
